GROWTH BEYOND GRADES

My experience in the GBG R-WEF Programme has been truly impactful and transformative. Over the past few weeks, I gained more than knowledge, I gained clarity, self-awareness, and a stronger sense of direction for my personal and professional growth.

One of the things I appreciated most about the programme was how practical it was. The activities, reflections, and assignments challenged me to think deeply about my goals, strengths, and the actions needed to achieve them. Drafting my Blueprint was particularly valuable because it helped me connect what I learned to a realistic plan for my future.

The programme also helped me shift my mindset. I learned that growth does not come from waiting until everything is perfect; it comes from taking intentional steps, being consistent, and remaining open to learning. Through the sessions, I became more confident in my abilities and more intentional about my career journey.

Overall, the GBG R-WEF Programme has been a meaningful experience that has equipped me with practical tools, valuable insights, and a stronger belief in my potential. I am leaving the programme with greater clarity, confidence, and a commitment to continue building the future I envision for myself.
