A Transformative learning Experience

Participating in the Growth Beyond Grades Cohort was one of the most enriching experiences of my personal and professional development journey. As an Agricultural Economics student, I have always focused on academic excellence and building technical knowledge within my field. However, this program helped me realize that success extends beyond classroom performance and academic achievements. It highlighted the importance of leadership, communication, critical thinking, personal development, and community impact.
Throughout the cohort, I was exposed to insightful sessions that challenged me to think beyond my discipline and develop skills that are essential for success in today’s world. The lessons on leadership, goal setting, teamwork, and self-awareness encouraged me to evaluate my strengths, identify areas for improvement, and become more intentional about my personal and career growth.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the program was the opportunity to connect with ambitious and purpose-driven individuals from diverse backgrounds.
