Growth Beyond Grades: A Transformational Journey

When I applied for the Growth Beyond Grades Program, I was really expectant and eager to see what the program was going to be about, and I can confidently say that it surpassed my expectations. It is honestly amazing how, within just 6 weeks, the program intentionally prepared 30 undergraduates for the professional world. We were taught practical and important things that will truly help us stand out professionally ,from how to properly introduce ourselves, to writing professional emails, building clarity through the Clarity Blueprint, crafting elevator pitches, and so much more. What made the experience even more impactful was the dedication of the team. They didn’t just teach us and disappear. After every session, we were given assignments, and despite how small the team was, they still took their time to carefully go through, review, and grade every single one. That level of commitment and sacrifice is something I deeply appreciate. One of the biggest things I gained from this program is career clarity. I now have a clearer vision of where I want to be in the next 12 months and, more importantly, a roadmap on how to get there. Growth Beyond Grades is more than just a program; it is a transformational experience that equips young people with the confidence, clarity, and professional skills needed to thrive beyond academics.
