Our Impact
We measure what changes for young people, not just how many we reach, and we share what we learn openly.
Our Reach
Since our launch in January 2026, our work has reached around 15,000 people across our networks.
Growth Beyond Grades Pilot
Our first programme ran as a six-week pilot from April to June 2026, with university students and recent graduates from five countries. Each participant was measured at the start and at the end.
What changed for participants
Baseline to endline, 27 participants who completed both surveys.
These are early, self-reported results from a small pilot. We share them as a promising start, and alumni follow-up will tell us more.
How We Measure
Every programme is measured the same way, so we can see what actually moved and improve what did not.
At the start and at the end
Wellbeing (WHO-5 Wellbeing Index) and work readiness, measured before and after every programme.
Throughout the programme
Attendance, practical tasks and participant feedback, tracked every week.
After the programme
Follow-up with alumni, so we can report what happens next.

Looking ahead
Building on what the pilot taught us
Growth Beyond Grades Cohort 2 will run for eight weeks, with stronger mentorship, participant support, data systems and alumni follow-up at 3 and 6 months.
